BlueEagle
I have searched the web and the amount of info is mind boggling. A Guitar, which I presume has been attic bound for some time, has come to me via family. I do not even play, sorry, but am eager to know the origin of this instrument. It is a Epihone/Gibson Limited edition Les Paul Model LP Standard. The front is 'sparkly' dark green whilst the rest is dark brown wood with a kind of ivory/pearl trim. The serial number is U7011126 and is on the rear of the headstock. The number is ink-stamped in gold. Here are some pictures of it........ Any help would be much appreciated, thanks. Anthony_JB
Well I plugged in that serial number into the Guitar Dater site and it gave me this: Your guitar was made at the Unsung Plant, Korea January 1997 Production Number: 1126 Weird finish, I've never seen one like that on a LP Standard.
