plugged in J45 question

I play a 2006 J45 with a factory fishman undersaddle pickup. This is the J45 with the white tuners.

I have used this guitar as my main stage guitar for several years. Lately, I have noticed a low frequency "Thump" that was never present before through the monitors and also when I play through my amp. The eq settings are the same as they were before, and the "thump" for lack of better words was not present before. I notice the thump on full chords. I have recently change the battery in the preamp, but the thump remains. As any one else experienced this. it is possible that the pick up is wearing out or something? Thanks in advance for any tips or bots of wisdom that you all might have.

Not really sure what the problem is there. I have the exact same model and have not had any problems like this. Maybe someone will come up with an explanation. I've never really heard of a pickup wearing out.
