KL Posted October 4, 2010 Share Posted October 4, 2010 I have an old 1960's Fender Blackface amplifier and while it is in really good condition the grille cloth is really dirty and I would like to clean it. RichCI Posted October 4, 2010 Share Posted October 4, 2010 I don't think there's going to be a good way to give it a really good cleaning. Ideally, you'd remove the cloth and soak it but that stuff has the metallic threads through it and tends to unravel easily.
