codename Posted November 23, 2010 Share Posted November 23, 2010 Hi, I know this is a stretch but is there anywhere I might be able to get original type knobs for a 1951 ES 300 ? They are gold,numbered 0 to 10 and are a bit taller than current speed knobs. Also the pickguard is cracked and would be nice to replace as well.Here's the guitar.It's an old pic but guitar hasn't changed since. Thanks ! codename Posted November 25, 2010 Author Share Posted November 25, 2010 Thanks , This was my dad's guitar and has been missing a knob since before I began playing 30 years ago. the other 2 were in bad shape,broken stem slots and old glue damage to the gold paint.
