rjay777
I've been using the standard DS-1 pedal for years, but I got curious on all the hype about Keeleys etc. I know a guy who was selling his Monte Allums modified DS-1, so I thought I'd give that a whirl. Never heard of that name, but I liked the fact this particular mod had 3 seperate gains. Hence, I tested it and was impressed with the tone. High gain Marshall to a thick Mesa rectifier sound. Here's a sample from a tune I just recorded. (pedal on first setting at full drive) Nevermind the goofy techno synth stuff in there.... The guitar does come in eventually. http://soundclick.com/share.cfm?id=9962293
