charlie brown Posted February 5, 2012 Share Posted February 5, 2012 Pretty sure ALL standard, and Elitist Casino's have Metal covers, EXCEPT the '61 50th Anniversary version, which has the black plastic pickup covers. Also, as to "Beatles" Tone...their Casino's had nylon saddles, in the bridges, as were common, for those years, which tend to "mellow" (somewhat) the tone(s), even more.
