Got a lovely sg 61 reissue and am having trouble dating it, can anyone help shed some light please? 82018557 is the serial number. Just read Gibson didnt make classic57s till 90s, what pickups would be in the sg61 reissue? Edit: just read they didnt make 61 reissues in 1988? Its defo all stock and has the 61 neck and looks like a 61, could it be a 62 reissue? Whats the difference? Soz guys thats a fair few questions!! Seriously, all help is appreciated.
