I never really cared for that guitar, but the thing you have to understand is that I was 14, and nobody then wanted to play anything unless it was a Stratocaster (at least in MY neighborhood)! The definition of "vintage" is anything over 25 years old, so I say that if it's in fair shape and the price is acceptable ... go for it. Just don't expect anything too GLORIOUS out of it. Have fun!
