Purchased a 2010 Lp Traditional pro from guitar center in springfield nj few months ago. I made a mistake the piece is untune-able fretboard full of buzzes and the nut install was a bad job. I havent done much about except play other guitars is it possible gibson might be helpful? I dont care about the money just want to make it playable or get rid of it any info would be appreciated. thank you.

I take it you don't know how to maintain your guitars? Seems like you just need to take the guitar to a guitar tech for a setup. Setups cost anywhere from $30 - $50. Nuts have always been cut poorly and require lubrication or you could have the slots cut properly (or replace it). Try putting some powdered graphite or Big Bendz Nut Sauce in the grooves.

My nut cracked during its' first service.

I had a luthier carve a discarded old piano key into a new one for me.

It's been brilliant ever since.

If you're in the U.K., especialy near West London, I would be happy to recommend someone to you depending on forum advertising rules.

I set my own guitars up, except the Gibsons.

I would only trust one place to do anything with them and I always take them to this place.
