Managed to get all the guitars together at the weekend. The Korean Casinos seemed to be similar to the Texan. 24mm between the middle of the bottom screws with the top screw being 50mm from the bottom. The Chinese Casino however was much shorter, even though it had a similar bottom screw distance, the top screw was only 45mm from the bottom. So I think the one that fits your Texan will work for our Texan and the 2 Korean casinos (one Peerless and one Unsung, both sunburst) but not sure what to do with the other one. Think you could do one with the screw hole 45mm from the bottom? Also what do you do with the bottom screw? Do you actually screw it in or is it left "loose"? That measurement of 45mm is it from the bottom edge of the TRC up to the centre of the top hole (Chinese Casino)? is that what you mean! If not give me that measurement instead and I can work from that. I will make the other three the same as for my IB-64 Texan (Photo below) will that suit your needs? As for what to do with the bottom screwhole, you can either screw into nothing and let the top screw do all the work, like I have done on my IB-64 Texan. This is the TRC I made for the IB-64 Texan:- Or as an alternative you can get a pencil eraser (Rubber,) cut off a piece to fit tightly in the bottom part of the truss rod channel, and screw into that.
