hsech Posted August 21, 2011 Share Posted August 21, 2011 I took my Elite to The Luthrie shop in Des Moines. I wanted to have a bone nut, saddle and string pins added and a good initial set up. To my surprise, the Elite had a factory bone nut and saddle. I did add the bone string pins though. I thought it was easy to play before, now the action is perfect. I can't put it down. I had bone all around on my Martin last year, but it's is still has higher action than the Elite. I think I'll take it back and have it adjusted lower.
