recsec Posted September 27, 2011 Share Posted September 27, 2011 Just recievied my first big tube amp. I picked up a 20 watt jet City combo on E-Bay for $275.00. The seller had replaced the original tubes with JJ's. I play the Blues mostly so it's nice to have an amp that will break up with out a pedal. Cleans up nicely with the gain at 2 and the Master volume at 6. I can use the guitar volume to overdrive the tubes if needed. It sounds great so far playing with my HSS Stat and Epi Alley Kat.
