We had what will probably be our last grilling for the season on Sunday Did a bunch of shrimp for my wife, four pasture raised lamb chops for myself, a boat load of Korean marinated chicken, and some sweet potatoes and purple yam. Not sure what I am going to make with it, but I'll let you know. Acorn squash. It's my favorite ever. Throw it in an oven for an hour, put brown sugar and some butter in the middle, melt and eat!
