markymark Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 I just bought a Steinberger Spirit guitar. Really like it so far. Noticed that the manual that came with it was for a Synapse. Are these the same guitar with higher end pups and hardwear for the Synapse. I want to get a hard case but the only ones I can find are for the Synapse and another one (forgot the name - begins with a T). Are the Synapse and Spirit the same size? Also I bought strings (D'Addario) at my local guitar shop. $16!!!!! Anyone know cheaper but good option? Any advice appreciated.

6stings Posted October 26, 2011 Posted October 26, 2011 markymark, Spirit is 30.25" long, SS-2F is 31.75" and ST-2FPA is 35". You should look for the SS-2F hard case or the alternative like http://www.musiciansfriend.com/accessories/hohner-hgc-hardshell-case-for-the-g3t-guitar Hohner headless is the same lenght as your Spitir.
