TommyK Posted November 14, 2011 Share Posted November 14, 2011 What it is, is an encabulator which runs faster and more efficiently due to the addition of a turbo charger. As opposed to the retroencabulator used to slow down the encabulator with a retro charger (somewhat like a reduction gear). While it slows down the machinery, it does impart the ability to encabulate with greater accuracy and in more detail. It's in all the technical manuals. B) I believe it was made by General Electric.
