punkrokka81
I love the design of the Epi PR5 and I know that there's a Gibson Model of that body shape. I find in very comfortable to play and Don't want an Epi. If anyone can steer me in the right direction it will be greatly appreciated.
TWilson
Give this one a look. They also have this on MusiciansFriend in acoustic electric with the knobs on the outside. http://www.hillmanweb.com/hillgt16.html

The Starbursts had that florentine cutaway, but haven't been made since the early 90s.
TWilson
punkrokka81- Yggdrasil is correct so if you don't want to spend huge $$$$$$ on a vintage model this one might be as close as you can get to a new one: http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Gibson-Acoustic-CF100-E-Acoustic-Electric-Guitar?sku=513976
jannusguy
i had a cf 100 e for awhile. an absolutely gorgeous guitar. unfortunately, i was very disappointed in the sound. i bought the guitar for looks without ever having played one (my hopes were high that it would sound as good as it looked!). i won't do that again. if i could afford to have kept a 3K piece of wall art i would still have it. it all turned out fine though. the sale of the cf financed my roy smeck, the sound of which is sublime. all's well that ends well.
