Aster1 Posted December 3, 2013 Share Posted December 3, 2013 I put some GFS pups in my Gretsch Pro-Jet (think NYII Retrotron). That really helped out with the sound IMHO. $80 for the pair plus frt. Course I couldn't quit and then had to get a Duo-Jet with Dynasonics (not an even fight, but shouldn't be either). Tried a Humbucker in gold in my Epi SG Custom bridge pickup and did like the less muddy sound from the stock as well. Aster Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
