jeff737jeff727
Does anyone know what the output was/is on the early 60's Cassinos? And what the output is on the current Cassinos including the Eletists? Thanks. I'm interested in upgrading my 4 year old Cassino..... the stock pick-ups sound a bit HOT to me, too overwound. bluelake07
You are right about the regular pickups being overwound as they measure 11.6K neck and 12.2K bridge. I don't know the ohm values of the Elitist pickups.
flyingarmadillo
Not sure about the old ones but I'll bet Google could be your friend here. As for the new ones - it's Pinned in the DYI thread at the top of the Forum but you'll have to read a bit: http://forum.gibson.com/index.php/topic/53043-gibsonepiphone-pickups-dc-resistance-values
