Bluemans335
How do you remove the knobs from Probuckers? They have push-pulls and the knobs are on pretty tight. I don't want to ruin the push-pull. I want to add a resistor to warm the bridge's sound, and in the future may want to change out the pot value or even the pickup, so I want to know how to do it. Normally, the knob just lifts off the pot stem, even on push-pulls. Anyone done this or know how to do it? What does Epiphone say?
Whitmore Willy
Tight is tight. When they are that tight you are always facing the possibility of ruining the pot. Still if you want to try: Just make sure your guitar is stable and on a towel and on a table....not sitting on your lap. Willy
