Mustache Guitar Repairs
Had the pleasure of setting this one up before it shipped out to it's new home the other day, figured I would share some pics. 100% original, definitely been played but not too heavily, didn't have the original case, it played like a dream and had tone for DAYS. I'm usually not a Les Paul guy, but I have a special place in my heart for Jr's much less vintage ones, and this was no exception. I was sad to see it go, I hope it's new owner really enjoys it because I almost had to stop myself from keeping it and running for the hills. *note that this is one of the good ones, with the bridge at the "correct" angle Hope you guys enjoy! retrorod
">My linkVery Nice! I recently picked up a '55 LPJ in need of repair(finished) and all original. Great guitars in my mind! Just curious, did it take much...'setting-up' ? Rod
Mustache Guitar Repairs
Not much just a fresh set of strings, polished up/oiled the board a little bit, and a slight tweak on the truss rod (went from 9's 1/2 step down to 10's tuned standard). I honestly played it longer than I worked on it, I couldn't help myself.

They're plain and simple, easy to play, and they feel and sound like nothing else
