SJ TV demo

Thai is not an easy language to come to terms with. Guys like Danville Rob and Ol Fred probably remember a bit of it from their R&R in Bangkok during their scenic action tours of SE Asia 40 years ago...... You probably don't want to know what they remember, however.

(My wife and I spent several months in Thailand a few years ago on another type of scenic action tour. Fortunately, relatively few people were shooting at us.)

The sound of that guitar is actually very similar to my Fuller's 1943 SJ, but I believe the TV has a Sitka top rather than the Adi of the Fuller's SJ. Very similar tonal character and sustain in any case.

That's a straight acoustic recording, by the way. He is just using a good set-up to do it.

JC, I'm on the West Coast until Monday night. I'll take pictures when I get back home. It's obviously the one on the right in this picture.
