Smothered in between her 43 triple Ds.
It probably wasn't worth it.

A mystery.
Perhaps he ran off with the Chibson AND the recent divorcee who just so happens to be a wealthy nymphomaniac with oversized breast implants.
The End.

More of the Tom Waits catalog is being re-released.
I pre-ordered Bone Machine and The Black Rider on vinyl, I have all the rest aside from the Glitter and Doom collection, I'm content to just have that on CD as his voice was REALLY bad - kind of like Bob Dylan with pneumonia bad.

I have a Pyrex.

If you want to watch a boa constrictor eat a young chicken or a guy eat a beer glass, you'll enjoy A Poem Is A Naked Person.
Mad Dogs and Englishmen, The Concert For Bangladesh or The Homewood Sessions it ain't.

Grace was a beautiful woman when she was younger.
The Jefferson Airplane wouldn't have been much without her, I don't think. She really was the star of the band.

I broke down and ordered a used DVD, Edgar Winter Live On Stage featuring Leon Russell.
It's a concert from 1988 and from what I've read it's supposed to be pretty good. I always liked both of these guys.

Then there's Grace Slick, wanting to dose Nixon - that would have been intersting.
On a more serious note, I discovered when I had my heart attack that the doctor's are seeing a very strong correlation between past cocaine abuse and heart attacks in people my age (mid to late 50s).
If anyone here has children, I would stress that the effects from drug use today can really come back and bite you later on. The damage you're doing won't show up until later on.
Of course, kids probaby won't listen to some old fart but it's worth a shot.

Thank you, I've been working out down at the gym.
I really need to quit being so cheap and buy a hat brush...

It's hard to tell, that could be lint on the homburg.

It must be the weather, normally the locals are blowing up stuff for hours on end for a good two weeks straight.
Don't got no doggie but I'm sure the reptiles don't care for it very much.

It is here, the Vintage Richlite Thread.
You know, they just don't make counter top material like they used to.
Back in 2015 they really knew what they were doing. They were motivated, the workforce was dedicated and so much of it was a black art lost to time. The old workers aren't there any more and they didn't keep records of the formulas and it was all done by hand. These guys (and girls) were skilled craftsmen.
Henry J. used to walk through the plant and he knew everybody's name. Hey, Joe, how's the wife, how's the kids, where you goin' with that Richlite in your hand?
Today, it's a whole different thing.

You can skip Good-Bye, Blue Sky by them, that wasn't so hot. An album about nuclear Winter, how cheery.
I'm going to have to look into some of the stuff they did before 10cc got together.
Ordered the new PJ Harvey, that shoud be here by this weekend. She tries to make every album totally different than the one before it so who knows what I'll get. It could be dulcimer and tuba recorded in a monestary.

Just bought some CDs: Freddie King, Best of the Shelter Years so it's Leon Russell on piano which will be real good and Body of Work box set by Godley & Creme from post 10cc days.
Once Freddie hooked up with the rock and roll crowd he basically partied himself to death which is a shame, he was a great guitarist.

Craftsman still has a US line and it looks like most of their Chinese stuff has the same warranty.
Sears really took a beating, there are now 17 stores left in the US.
I think Strap On and Matco are US made. I know at least one local Matco guy sells moonshine out of his truck (not from personal experience, an old co-worker from years back used to buy it).
To stay afloat you see so many US businesses having a domestic line and then imported stuff - Buck Knives, Red Wing Boots, you name it. Gibson and Epiphone, Fedner and Fedner made somewhere else line, Martin and Mexican Martins...

That's on purpose, an old mechanic joke.
That and the rectum fryer.
And the peter meter.
Guess there's a lot of them we used all the time and never really thought about it.

You have to look for the Made In USA on the handle for the American ones.
The Strap Ons are a step up from the USA Craftsman, I have both.

The sound quality is excellent, the material is right inbetween Hot Rats and Chunga's Revenge.
Some of it is really good, some not so much. It was obviously unfinished business that he set aside when Flo & Eddie joined the band.

Zappa's Funky Nothingness just showed up.
I've never seen a photo of him before playing an ES-335-12.

With a flex head, no lesss.
Fancy schmancy!

Oh, the fesh. Those things can really jump when they're hooked.
I didn't realize the smoke had reentered this area the other day and went for a motorcycle ride and why am I getting all this crap in my eyes?
I just went out for a short walk to buy some milk with my crazy old man N95 mask on and it's the same crap in the eyes, it's friggin' soot particles.
A young girl rung up my purchase and I got to thinking, we're leaving these kids a broken world to live in. We were warned in the 80s when the ozone layer had the big hole in it but we just kept on going.

As in Motrin D-35?
I always liked those, a very classy looking instrument.

But he does point out that a large crack in the top was from him being hit over the head with the guitar by someone who did not like Hank Williams songs.
Where's a camera when you need one?

Coming soon:
Frank Zappa - Funky Nothingness (double album)

What new music did you get?

A mix of blue eyed soul, gospel, blues and rock and roll.
Japanese release of American music shipped from England. Great piano work and Les Pauls with P90s.
