Lespaulist
Hi everyone, I just bought a used Epiphone Sheration 62 reissue in cherry. When I look at the blue label the edition number is hand written in black pen. Is anyone else's 62 Sheraton RI line this? All the ones I have seen online have the edition number typed on the blue label. Thanks

Bluemans335
How do you like the mini-HB's?
Lespaulist
No, it's not blank but hand written in with a black felt pen/marker. I am guessing someone at the factory wrote it? The minihums sound great. It's a beautiful guitar.
Bender 4 Life
How do you like the mini-HB's? they're sweet when played clean to clean-ish, barely noticibly thinner than fullsized hb's and it takes some driving to make them aggressive, but even growling, they're full, fuller than I expected & sweet (as opposed to raspy). The only thing I noticed that might "break the spell" is that the neck p'up, even for a mini, is almost too thick. It took some real back & forth to get them balanced. JPANYC
The number of my Vintage Sunburst of 1962 is also in black felt tip marker. The serial number is typed in. As far as the guitar goes, it is a killer. Sounds great and the crafstmanship is right on, along with my Les Paul Tribute plus, Epiphone is producing some fine affordable instruments. Excellent bang for the buck.
