Guest Farnsbarns
You can't get a COA, they won't reproduce them. With regards to any information, emailing customer service is your best bet.

capmaster
Thanks! The information I get is that my Gibson Les Paul Custom Shop 2003 is a special edition that gave Gibson Sam Ash. In the Ebay site is a publication with the same carateristicas my Gibson: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2003-GIBSON-LES-PAUL-CUSTOM-SHOP-PLAINTOP-SUNBURST-W-OHSC-1-OF-60-/321237093790?pt=Guitar&hash=item4acb390d9e Only 60 units were built. Be real? Thanks! The linked guitar seems a bit heavy for a Class 5. These should be weight relieved with an extended Swiss cheese drilling, comprising seventeen holes instead fo nine. The Standard Figured of mine is Class 5 processed guitar, too, weighing around 3.8 kilograms or 8 lbs 6 oz. In so far, I have my doubts since the linked instrument is 10 lbs resp. 4.53 kgs. CR9
If yours was made for Sam Ash, you may want to contact a Sam Ash store or the corporate office and see if they have some of the old ads for the Class 5. You will not be able to get a replacement certificate (COA). This link may provide some information about your Class 5: 2001 Catalog

CR9
The guitar in your link for the ebay auction is not a Class 5. It is a limited run made for Sam Ash, but not a Class 5. Why do you think yours is a Class 5?
