jdgm
Worth looking at the current specifications to get a general idea.... http://www.gibson.com/Products/Electric-Guitars/ES/Gibson-Memphis/1959-ES-175/Specs.aspx There is a book on the ES 175 - I haven't looked at it so I don't know how good it is but the author is a noted jazz player and educator: http://www.amazon.com/Gibson-175-Its-History-Players/dp/1574242237/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1450898374&sr=1-1&keywords=The+%22Gibson+175%22%3A+It%27s+History+and+it%27s+Players And also here will be some 175s: https://www.archtop.com/ac_inst.html To get the specs on your actual guitar (shouldn't have changed much over the years) it might be worth emailing Gibson customer service too.....Let us know if you get a reply..... Very nice looking BTW, I am fortunate to own a black one.
