EuroAussie Posted February 5, 2016 Posted February 5, 2016 My band, after a few years break made a welcome return to Europe's biggest Hard Rock cafe, here in Prague. Always been a pleasure and privliidge to play at this great venue, but also as I was away I had a look around at the latest additions to the 'rock museum' that is Hard Rock Cafe. Came across this 50's CF-100 that Dylan apparently used to play, together with a set list from a gig, not sure how far back it would go , any guesses ? Anyway, enjoyed drooling a little at this vintage number, would love a strum or two. Also... here's a couple vids from the gig, if anyones interested. My new partner is from Venezuela and we now also do a few Latin numbers, which I have to say Ive really enjoyed playing with that latin staccato strumming. The crowd loves these numbers ! (sorry about the soundguy who wouldnt shut up, i put the camera on the mixing desk which was probably the safest place. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CgfxIe5PSbk And Im also now taking some more lead vocal duties, which Im now starting to enjoy more on the songs I know well, here is one attempt. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6xnCMUapKIU J-150 and AJ in action, great combo, warmth and light together. ! cheers ! E-minor7 Posted February 5, 2016 Posted February 5, 2016 According to the list it must be after '89. Member JOESTONE says in an earlier thread he noticed Dylan use a CF-100 on the 1991 Grammys. He's the type who sometimes only uses a guitar once - but maybe it saw action several times during that period. Rock on Prague
