What pickups are these? (1990 Les Paul Custom)

I'm curious to know what pickups these are. I haven't seen these before. Are they after market or something? (this should be a 1990 Gibson Les Paul Custom).

These are Bill Lawrence HB-R/HB-L pickups. Stock units on Gibson guitars of that era.

Yep. These were used on many models from the late 80's until 1990.
