lolo_guitar Posted August 19, 2016 Posted August 19, 2016 hi i was listening to Angus and i wondered if the sg supra would be the best one
capmaster Posted August 19, 2016 Posted August 19, 2016 I like my SG Supra. Maple body and Richlite fingerboard make her sound a bit different. I love the acoustic sound when blowing the piezo signal though a fullrange acoustic system.

lolo_guitar Posted August 19, 2016 Author Posted August 19, 2016 http://www.gibson.com/Products/Electric-Guitars/SG/Gibson-USA/SGS3-2015.aspx do you know this vibrato ?
capmaster Posted August 19, 2016 Posted August 19, 2016 ... i wonder if 24 frets= easy bends after the 15 th fret or if 22 frets would be better ? ... Number of frets doesn't affect bendings. http://www.gibson.com/Products/Electric-Guitars/SG/Gibson-USA/SGS3-2015.aspx do you know this vibrato ? Never tried this particular one, but in 36 years I found only double-locking vibratos to be useful.
lolo_guitar Posted August 19, 2016 Author Posted August 19, 2016 the design is so good but if i had to have another sg it would be the yellow supra but look at this why ? having 2 colors are not beautiful for the body and neck i don't understand why they have not worked more for this the ANGUS SG is interesting because of the Seymour duncan /angus bridge pickup the others sg would be like that but they cost a lot of money
capmaster Posted August 19, 2016 Posted August 19, 2016 SG Supras are hard to locate. Gibson made them in 2012 and 2013 only. I will go to a rehearsal now.
SG player Posted August 20, 2016 Posted August 20, 2016 I love SG Supreme (blue) and SG SUPRA. Easy to buy one for 1500 €, it was sold 3600 € in 2013. Available in translucent black and antique natural, equiped with 3 ’57 Classic humbucking pickups and a Fishman piezzo this Gibson SG is a beauty.
lolo_guitar Posted August 20, 2016 Author Posted August 20, 2016 these guitars have 24 frets not useful but it's good to know it the Supra has a piezo The supreme is as beautiful as the supra but it has not a piezo
