Aging Blue Guitars

Cesar, the process is not really being reversed in ksdaddy's example.  The guitar was blue with a clearcoat finish on top of it.  The clearcoat finish turned yellow making the guitar look green (blue and yellow combination).  By polishing the heck out of it he removed the yellow clearcoat leaving the blue that was underneath all the time.  What most people don't realize is that polishing always removes some finish, which is how it removes blemishes and scratches.
