ronniejackjones
Am waiting on better pics-including one of the serial- from the seller. In the meantime, what do you folks think I'm looking at here? https://ibb.co/kh8fyyZhttps://ibb.co/CHgM62H Edited June 23, 2022 by ronniejackjones
ksdaddy
Mid-late 70s. The serial number will help.
ronniejackjones
Just now, ksdaddy said: Mid-late 70s. The serial number will help. He says his father was playing it '73. Could be misremembering, of course.

kidblast
isn't that a harmonica bridge I see there? I found this snip with a google on when Gibson used harmonica bridges on SGs (gotta love google) In the seventies the so called "harmonica" bridge (an ugly thing imo) was introduced replacing the tune-o-matic. As far as I know it was mid seventies. I have seen several SG's up for sale fitted with such a bridge (original), the owners stating the guitar is from 71, 72,73, even 1969.
