isn't that a harmonica bridge I see there?

I found this snip with a google on when Gibson used harmonica bridges on SGs (gotta love google)

In the seventies the so called "harmonica" bridge (an ugly thing imo) was introduced replacing the tune-o-matic. As far as I know it was mid seventies. I have seen several SG's up for sale fitted with such a bridge (original), the owners stating the guitar is from 71, 72,73, even 1969.
