I would think as long as the bridge does not continue to bend it would be ok but then again the posts maybe weak and thus any extra tension on the strings (like big bends) may cause it to flex which is bad. Never had this issue so I am not really sure. All good questions. That is what this forum is about, sharing info and ideas along with the love of the Les Paul Guitar.
