Last Night I Cranked Up My 175

Last night I fired up my little GA5 Gibson amp and plugged in my ES 175 - no effects.

It quickly reminded me why I love guitar and why I love Gibsons. The tone just took me away. I feel very lucky just to play such a wonderful instrument.

Just sayin'

Was it on the low input or the high.

I love my ES-175 and that little amp.

I was learning a song called Fish Camp Woman by Unknown Hinson on it last week.

There was no gain, no effects, just what the guitar could do in the high input setting.

Wow... I love my ES-175, gritty, raunchy and snarling with some feedback.

Good times. Good times indeed.

Fish Camp Womern!

I had it on the Low Input last night while I was just playing some ad lib jazzy stuff - very peaceful stuff in the evening before bed. It tends to stop it breaking up so early.

Earlier I had a 335 into the High Input when I did into some Stones stuff - Love In Vain; Stray Cat Blues. Extraordinary. That little amp is so LOUD

Just checked out that link. Great stuff. I have never listened to this guy. He is wonderful. =D>

P.S. Are you sure that he isnt the kid out of the Munsters grown up? :-s

That's funny!

Edie Munster, yeah that could be him. I see the resemblance.
