Dennis56
Does Gibson manufacture a hollowbody which has a neck profile similar to a late model Gibson SG 61 reissue? Thanks.
Red 333
Have you tried an ES 330? It has neck somewhere between the '50s and '60s profiles. The ES 335 (semi-hollow) is available with the '60s neck. It's fairly slim, though I don't think SG-slim. The larger body hollow body archtops tend to have thicker necks, though the Byrdland's is slimmer than the rest, but more narrow than the SG's neck, I believe. Dennis56
I have not tried an ES 330, but will try to do so. Thank you very much for taking the time to reply to my question. Dennis56
AS90
Which SG? The Standard has a fatter neck than the '61 RI.
Murph
I think the 30/60 neck on the ES-339 is very close. Might just be me.....
