I'll poke around and see if I can find any info.
Gibson CS
Hi MCK, Hope all is well with you and yours. I hear you loud and clear. Gibson USA is working on making the RIP to Roland cable (not a MIDI cable )available for Dark Fire owners to purchase very soon. There may be more information regarding this on the site soon, but I'll post here as soon as we have an update. Thanks - Jason

X42
Hey Jason, since MCK is giving you praise on the ability to resolve customer issues, I think I'll try and ask you... I've been trying to have Gibson send me the RIP for my DarkFire #0158 and I can't seem to get an answer from customer service on when I will get one. I sent my rebate/registration request about 2 months ago and nothing. I've talked to Roger and Vince at customer service and they tell me they email other departments/supervisors but I still no RIP. You see... I also want a RIP MIDI cable but I need the RIP first. I purchased the Dark Fire for this use and I'm disappointed I can't even use it this way. What do I need to do? Help.
