Hector Arcadius Posted December 30, 2009 Share Posted December 30, 2009 Thanks guys. It is in the TS-808 / TS-9 area Demoon. That means it is a low - medium gain OD. I have found a couple of sweet spots I like using it: 1. gain at 9 o'clock & tone at 3 o'clock with the bridge pick-up of my Studio gives me nice Texas blues kinda crunch 2. everything at twelve o'clock: rich, creamy overdrive for expressive solos... Anyway, no matter how you set it it always retain clarity with humbuckers (that's what it was designed for anyway...). IMHO, most low gain OD pedals work better with single coils and get a little muddy with humbuckies, but not this one. And, it's really affordable...
