I have lived in upstate NY and Colorado so I am not the usual fool around these parts wrecked up or in a ditch. And the TV news folks are acting like it's the apocalypse.................... rocketman Posted January 30, 2010 Share Posted January 30, 2010 We finally got some snow here in Buffalo (he he he). Actually it's been pretty nice up here. Nothing major at all. Your story reminds me of when I lived in DC. One time it snowed about 4 inches and it closed the city down for a week. I had a '93 Camaro and I drove it in the snow without any problems. Riffster Posted January 30, 2010 Share Posted January 30, 2010 We got about 5 inches of snow, sleet and ice. I live in a hilly area of Nashville and the roads are not clean, I was out and about yesterday but by the time I got home I could barely get on my driveway, the slope is just too much.
