How does that Brazilian rosewood dedo placa (I checked an on-line English-to-Portuguese translator) feel on your LP?

It feels "incrivel" (amazing in Portugese' date=' looked that up). The grains and the color are just fantastic. It feels much softer than the original Indian rosewood that was on there, except the grains look much tighter and less porous. My luthier did an excellent job and I'm glad I finally took the plunge and made my R9 just a little bit more like the originals. Here are some pics of the fretboard and original 1950's cellulose nitrate inlays. The last pick is just to show off the burst. Honestly the biggest difference I notice with feel is the stainless steel jumbo frets. They make it so easy to slide and glide up and down that beautiful wood.
