Someone wants to sell me an Aris Pro II bass and Marshall amp...

A friend lent me his bass the other day for a practice session with my bass player at my house... He hasen't used this bass in 20 years. It's in good condition, has an ebony neck... He just sent me a message saying he'll sell me the guitar and his old amp for a good price if I wanted to buy them.... The amp is a Marshall 5506 60 watt combo solid state also about 20 years old. I'm thinking if I can get them both for 200 euros ($270) it might be worth it to have in my studio... What do you guys think? There is also a Boss CS-30 Compression Sustainer pedal in the soft guitar case. Here is a pic of the guitar.

I have a left-handed Aria Pro II "The Cat". The quality isn't that great but it's a pretty cool guitar.

 

I never use it.
