Silenced Fred Posted March 7, 2010 Share Posted March 7, 2010 Maybe you guys can clarify this for me. Previously, I have just used combo amps. I am looking to move into heads and cabs. Now, say I get a Dual Terror, it has a 16 ohm and 2 8 ohms outputs. If I want to plug this into a 1x12, I would use the 16 ohm right? And if I want to plug it into a 2x12, I would use the 2 8 ohms right? I have googled this, and gotten to a couple of websites, but I'm still kinda confused. I just want to know. Thanks, that actually helped a lot and simplified it a ton. Why do all these websites have to get into mathematics and all these equations when that is very helpful?
