SamBooka Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 I know that is a big question.. so I will narrow it down because, after all, it is ALL about ME ME ME! I have an ES165 made in 1996. I know production started in 91. I know the guitar is still available (at least according to Gibson although I dont see it on their website anymore) My understanding is that production began in Nashville. As of 1996, still Nashville (i.e. my guitar). Are they still made in Nashville or has it become a custom shop item? If so, when? I read somewhere that there was talk of moving archtop production to Bozeman but I would imagine that would just be the carved top models. Thoughts?
NeoConMan Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 Jeez... I can't keep up anymore. I know my 335 was made in Memphis in 2002. Ask Gibson Customer Service - seriously.
