I just called Gibson, gave them your serial number and was told it was listed in their system as an "SG '61". I told the guy I didn't think there wasn't a '61 reissue in 1991 (and he agreed) so he checked the 1991 catalog and confirmed there wasn't. My SG 61 with a Maestro (see link for pics) was one of 48 made in 2006. Gibson has no info on them other than "Yeah, we built a few of those for some reason."
