They have quilt tops (sometimes flame), abalone fret inlays, sometimes with binding and are Custom Shop product . They show up once in a while. I've seen them in heritage burst, green, blue, red, natural. If you search ebay for "Les Paul Elegant" some will come up. Yours must be a limited run - I've never seen one with the run numbers on the TRC. Unusual. Maybe the original owner had that TRC engraved with the run number on it. I've got a limited run LP and the run number is on the back of the headstock under the serial number. As far as belonging to Heart, maybe. But the Custom Shop puts them out every so often.
