LPguitarman
A week ago Monday, I took my twin sons to the House of Rock and we participated in a Build-a-Band. We went there mainly looking for singers and drummers to help form a band with my twin sons. We ended up having a blast playing three songs on stage with full sound equipment in front of a live audience. Something my sons had never done before and I hadn't done in years. It was awesome. We played Whole Lotta Love(LZ), Xanadu(Rush), and Dazed and Confused(LZ). We had a sit-in drummer for all three, even the Rush song. It was a lot of fun. Bryan used his bow on the two LZ songs, just like Jimmy. The only drawback is it's only on Monday nights and it goes very late (1:00am). So I can only do it again when I have a vacation day on Tuesday, which I did last week. Another great thing was several other musicians drooling over my Les Paul. They had never seen one like it. Just thought I'd share the experience. It was a great feeling jamming live again.

LPguitarman
Very cool! Any pics? Video? Sorry, didn't bring the camera or video camera. Maybe next time I'll have my daughter video us, now that I know how fun it was. Thanks...
