TommyK Posted July 29, 2010 Share Posted July 29, 2010 Just curious.. Under where the pick guard / finger rest would be. It appears that there is a ledge, fared into the top. A raised area, if you will. I've never seen this. Is this something Gibson did? Seems to be a complex operation to do that unless this is a semi hollow with only the bass side hollow, which is consistent with only on "F" hole.
