Kudos to Gibson customer service

After beating Gibson up on this forum for referring me to TKL about my problems with two Gibson cases, Gibson emailed to let me know that they contacted TKL, and then TKL contacted me. The problem was brought to light, and Gibson responded. Thanks Gibson!

So what did TKL say about the stinky interior? Bad glue? Are they going to do anything?

 

TKL wanted me to ship (TKL's expense) them back for them to take a whiff, but I don't want the hassle, and the smell is 95% gone.
