evol04gt Posted April 1, 2008 Share Posted April 1, 2008 bolt on gibsons lose some of the mojo.... just like set neck fenders look odd...lol... we associate gib and epi with set necks cause they have always been that way.... the weird epi/gib strat thing just looks cheap with a bolt on... its weird... its like only fender can get away with it.. lol.. rotcanx--did you just say there is balance to an sg??? lol it doesnt bother me AS MUCH using a wide leather strap... suplex-- nice signature.... lol.. And all I could think at the time was "that's way too much!" Ha Ha, what a ******! Somebody should have hit me in the head with a really large brick!
