I wonder if someone has ever taken a flying v hardshell case and cut into the styrofoam so that your paul or sg fits or whatever guitar. Just think it'd be cool because i know a guy who's crazy about flying v's and i wonder what he'd think if he saw that v case and then opened the case only to see a telecaster or something. RotcanX Posted April 1, 2008 Share Posted April 1, 2008 Well, not much else will fit in a V contour case-you'd have parts of the guitar hanging out of the case, and as far as the rectangular cases go, well, nobody is gonna know it was supposed to be a V in there.
