blindjimmy Posted July 15, 2008 Share Posted July 15, 2008 hello everyone, i cant get my valve jr chasis out of the body, i can't find any more screws or bolts to take out, do i take off the front panel, i have the parts for an upgrade, but i cant get the chasis out. help please. thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
GrumpyOldMan Posted July 15, 2008 Share Posted July 15, 2008 Firstly, remove the rear panel by taking out the six screws. On the cab top there are 4 plastic caps, gently prise them up and put them somewhere safe so you don't lose them. You will see some quite hefty screws inside, undo them and the chassis should just slide out. Be careful not to break the valves when you put it down. That's how it is for the combo anyway. (combo or head doesn't matter) you may find the glue a litte sticky after you remove the back cover and the 4 screws under the caps.
