TWANG
http://wdmusic.com/media/images/products/new_products/sk900slg.jpg This top of the line tuner is known as the Waffleback™ and has been abscent from the market for 40 years. Kluson® is proud to reintroduce this tuner, which was used on numerous high end Gibson® Les Paul®s, ES-355®, Super 400, L5 and early Les Paul® SG Customs. TWANG
I suppose part of what makes them cost more is the fact they had to retool to get them into production. You can expect the price to drop over time, of course. 150.00 is certainly not what I'll be charging. You can get 'em from WD or from me, or anyone online who carrys them. I'm disappointed that the ratio isn't listed.. I assume it's 18:1, I'm gonna check on that. I don't think there's any doubt about the quality, however. These are intended to give your new guitar or your old one a look that's been missing for 40 years.. so I expect Kluson is looking for the collector, or other owner of a vintage instrument, as well as those who want that particular look, to be the customer. Sure are neat lookin! TWANG
