ricmon99
anyone know it the switch tip is definately metric or imperial???
charlie brown
If it's a standard (non-Elitist, or non-Lennon) version (Korean, Chinese), get a LP switch tip for Asian made LP's, or one for the Dot, Riviera (non-Elitist, or USA version), or Asian Sheratons. (Smaller threading) If it's an Elitist or Lennon Casino, a standard USA Gibson switch cap will work, which has the larger threading. CB
ricmon99
thanx CB..........I've been looking around down there for a switch and a pickguard that I never received from you know who............seems the switches when advertised from most of the vendors down there are listed as either metric or imperial, I guess I'll pop over to my local store and do some switch switching on there gear and see what fits what...... The pickguard will be a lil easier to find as I have my original and I have asked the builders down there that I have been I'm in touch with ie Long Island music parts, to fax me a tracing of what they carry so I can lay out my original over it for fit and ensure the proper fit and sizing......for the price of a fax if you don't have one, I recommend this procedure to anyone replacing there pickguard to ensure a proper fit......
